Project NeuroClean
We’re excited to launch NeuroClean, a brand-new project from Harbour Her CIC, designed to bring calm and clarity to women’s lives through specialist cleaning and decluttering services in the Pembrokeshire area. NeuroClean isn’t just about tidying up, it’s about creating safe, supportive spaces for women and girls who may be navigating neurodivergence, disability, or complex trauma.
We understand that a clean space can make a world of difference. That’s why we combine practical, trauma-informed cleaning support with a deep commitment to working at your pace, on your terms. Whether it’s crisis cleaning, decluttering for a fresh start, or a regular reset, we’re here to help you reclaim your environment and feel truly at home again.
Women & Girls Circles
Coming soon - Our Women’s and Girls’ Circles will create safe, welcoming spaces for sharing, connection, and growth. For women, the circles will be a place to be seen and heard, to explore personal journeys and navigate life’s challenges together. For girls, they will be a haven of self-expression and creativity, where confidence can bloom and friendships can grow. Guided by compassion and community, these circles are designed to support every woman and girl in discovering their voices and feeling proud of who they are.

Designed by women, for women. We’re creating flexible, inspiring environments where you can find an alternative to working from home, bring your ideas to life, build your projects, and connect with other women who get it. No matter where you are in your journey, you’ll find a place here to focus, collaborate, and get support when you need it. It’s not just about productivity, it’s about creating a supportive community where women can thrive together.

we are
Harbour Her CIC exists to empower women and girls in the Pembrokeshire area with the support, skills, and confidence to thrive.
Based in Pembrokeshire, our mission is to break cycles of disadvantage through trauma-informed support, practical workshops, and community-based services that foster safety, healing, and growth.
Our aim is to support women and girls may be socially isolated, living in poverty, in financial hardship, living with a disability or mental health condition or recovering from trauma including domestic abuse.
Our services are designed to build confidence, reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, and support long-term independence.
We believe every woman and girl deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and thrive. As a Community Interest Company, we’re dedicated to supporting women and girls through compassionate, practical, and empowering projects, from NeuroClean’s trauma-informed cleaning services to our plans for pop-up coworking spaces and women’s and girls’ circles. This is just the start!
Our mission is simple: to create spaces and opportunities that build confidence, connection, and hope.
